How We Reached There: The Journey of FurniEase
FurniEase began with a simple question: Why is renting furniture still so complicated? Through user interviews & competitor analysis, I uncovered key pain points—confusing interfaces, rigid plans & lack of trust. This project was rooted in empathy, driven by research, and shaped by the everyday struggles of young, mobile users.
